At the tender age of 4, I was aware of my sensitivity to energy. By the time I was 9 years old I had embarked on a spiritual journey to find out my life purpose and how to apply my gifts to serve others. It has brought me extraordinary teachers who have shown me how to cultivate my energy to higher levels of awareness and elevated my vision of my full potential. I have received many invaluable teachings to help me serve others who desire to live a balanced life of whole health and wellness physically, emotionally and spiritually. I am a certified Reiki Master level 4, and healing modalities of Esoteric Blue Medicine Buddha, Hanmi Energy and Meditation Healing, Tibetan Health & Healing Mudras and Meditations,Medical Chi Kung Ban Duan Jin, Munay Ki, and various Shamanic healing practices. As well as knowledge in Traditional Chinese Herbology.
I am a firm believer and facilitator in liberating the soul to bring the essence of the Spirit out freely to BE and allow one to walk in complete fulfillment. My healing modalities encompass a combination of internal healing art forms, meditation and various Shamanic energetic healing techniques. My practice is focused on restoring vitality, balance and wholeness infusing one’s body, mind and spirit. My intention in writing for this blog is to support all interested persons to succeed in health and wellness and assist in their pursuit of living their true purpose.
